This painting is the winning submission for the annual poster contest that was open to the juried artists in the Taste of Stow art show (2001). Each year, the winning artwork represents the Taste of Stow event. The theme of this year (2001)'s contest was "Celebrate Participation in the Arts". The poster contest has become a tradition of the Taste of Stow.
